This blog is about MobileApps.com. The idea is to chart our adventures while we try to navigate this baby startup of ours to greater heights. It all started with the dogged pursuit of the domain name MobileApps.com beginning 2009.  After more than a year of negotiations and much heart-wrenching moments, the domain was finally secured in our NetworkSolutions account. This is a major milestone for the birth of our startup.

As the mobile apps industry started to explode, it became more apparent that we were sitting on a goldmine of a domain name. Finally we decided to build a business on it. Luckily at that time, the mobile app industry was still in its infancy. We decided to identify the large gaps left by existing app stores and came up with ideas on how to fill them.

What we discovered were enough to convince us that a groundbreaking solution will emerge for the industry and our startup will be the one to deliver it.

So, with some savings to fund our operations, mixed with a sprinkle of hope, enthusiasm and determination, we would like to take on the big boys and hopefully come out with our shirts still on our back.  :)
